Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between us and the customer (“you,” “your”) regarding the purchase and use of our game boosting and coaching services. By placing an order on our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Scope of Services
Our services include Game Boosting and Coaching services:
- Game Boosting: Performed strictly with your prior consent; outcomes may vary due to game mechanics, server conditions, and in-game events.
- Coaching: Minimum booking: 1 hour; Maximum per transaction: 10 hours; Sessions scheduled by mutual agreement; Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; Conducted via online voice, video, or in-game communication tools.
Purchases & Payment
- All payments are one-off transactions, not subscriptions or recurring billing.
- Prices are displayed in HK$, JPY, USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before any service is scheduled.

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account login details and contact information.
- Maintain account security post-service by updating passwords.
- Be available for scheduled coaching sessions and respond promptly to communications.

- Exploit bugs, cheats, or hacks.

Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of outcomes.
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in dispute.
- We are not responsible for losses due to account bans, game updates, server downtime, or other uncontrollable factors.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
